Player Bio:
Michael Klukowski holds an EU passport through his Polish citizenship and has been playing in Europe since 1999. Following spells with Oshawa Kicks and Scarborough Blues FC, he found himself in the French football structure, playing with Dijon and Tourcoing FC before a high-profile move to top-flight side Lille in 2001. A lack of first-team action meant that another move was inevitable, and La Louvière in Belgium jumped on the young defender's signature. Klukowski, adept at playing left back or centre back, was then recruited by Belgian giants Club Brugge in January 2005 and helped his side seal the league championship.
